Responsibilities
Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers/clients
Establish agreed upon goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity, and devise a strategy to meet those goals
Close and follow up on sales transactions
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints; exemplify high-level of customer service to guarantee customer satisfaction
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
