Key Sales Associate Responsibilities
Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and objections.
Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
Offer extended service plans and financing options.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide a superior experience and meet individual and team sales goals.
Assist the Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties as needed.
Qualifications
One year of sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience preferred but not required.
Integrity, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence.

Base pay plus commission on sales.
