is looking for a passionate trusted financial advisor who has the desire to provide an excellent service experience to our members.
A Universal Representative must be engaging, energetic, and personable to complete processes quickly while building a trusted financial advisor relationship with members. The role requires a passion for servicing members and consistently delivers high volume sales production. Responsibilities include assisting with teller transactions and account services. Time spent in various aspects of this role will vary depending upon branch traffic and needs.

Compensation & Benefits The position will provide a competitive hourly rate starting at $18.50 per hour. All current open positions are full‑time, which includes a comprehensive benefits package offering:

Schedule & Training Shift includes 32–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8am–6pm) and Saturday (9am–12pm). Hours will be based on the needs of the department. The position provides a training program at one of our training locations.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Consistently produces a high volume of sales production while servicing members on the teller line and platform, and seeks opportunities to improve members’ financial lives by offering relevant products.
Receives and processes member and non‑member financial transactions, balances the cash drawer, and ensures accurate records and daily reports.
Delivers exceptional member service by ensuring timely responses, initiating a warm and welcoming environment, and guiding members through any service channel.
Handles outbound call lists weekly to increase member awareness of product offerings and assists in call‑center queues, including SMS & chat.
Assists management by maintaining required reports and records, and resolving issues within authority while referring beyond‑authority problems to supervisors.
Opens and closes safe‑deposit boxes, maintains cash machines, and performs branch opening and closing processes.
Experience:
One to three years of similar or related experience.
Education:
A high school diploma or GED.
Interpersonal Skills:
Skills involving personal contact for conflict resolution, building relationships and soliciting cooperation.
Other Skills:
Able to operate a 10‑key calculator and computer keyboard.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to talk or hear, sit or stand, and walk or maneuver around the branch.
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
