This role provides a base pay range of
$15.25/hr - $17.25/hr . Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

As a Famous Footwear Seasonal Associate, you will create a welcoming environment and foster an in‑store culture that encourages customers to feel loyal to the store, the brands, and the company. What You’ll Be Doing
Ace Retail Operations:
Ensure daily store tasks (pricing, shipment processing, fulfillment and inventory) run smoothly, keeping the store clean and organized.
Be a Famous Culture Influencer:
Embed Famous culture by delivering stellar customer engagement and consistent top‑notch experiences.
Elevate to Your Goal‑Crushing Era:
Take accountability for effort and impact, review store performance and drive sales with purpose and urgency.

Act as a shoe sleuth, recommending perfect styles that meet each customer’s needs.
Essential Functions:
Other responsibilities may be performed as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met. Overtime hours may be required.

Preferred Qualifications & Education
High School Diploma/GED.
Ability to build constructive relationships within the store.
Positive communication skills with associates at all levels.
Independent judgment and discretion when needed.
Knowledge of general retail practices.
Effective teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including holidays, nights, weekends, and extended hours.
Physical Requirements And/Or Environment
Regularly lift up to 40 lbs. with proper equipment.
Perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
Be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
