We currently have a full-time position available at our busy store inside Northtown Mall. We offer a competitive commission structure along with an hourly wage. Achieve monthly sales quotas by selling wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features. Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers. Assist customers by troubleshooting, finding solutions, and recommending Cricket products and services that best fit their needs. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to foster long-term relationships. Be a reliable team member with good communication skills. Complete operational duties accurately and within required timeframes. Enjoy your work and earn money!
