Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform to target qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions. Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients\' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options. Sales Presentation: Deliver sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address client concerns and preferences. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, conducting regular follow-ups for customer satisfaction and policy retention. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive products to position our life insurance offerings effectively. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, company policies, and confidentiality standards. Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus. Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (assistance provided in acquiring licensure). Range is based on the average rep in current markets. Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly (on the 15th). Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client sale. Seniority level
