ADT is seeking an ADT Solutions Advisor for businesses who will deliver innovative automation and smart security products and solutions to customers and help make businesses smarter and people safer every day.
Responsibilities
Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions and demonstrate the value of ADT products and services.
Explain products and services in-depth and recommend the right solutions based on customer needs.
Build relationships with customers and coworkers in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Engage with customers to deliver a quality customer experience by listening, empathizing and guiding them through the solution set.
Develop and expand a network of customers through effective communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
Self-motivated, tech-savvy individual driven to succeed with strong communication and creative skills.
Ability to connect with people, deliver a great customer experience and turn curious consumers into loyal customers.
Willingness to put in the work to achieve results and adapt to competitive and customer needs.
Strong business insight and general knowledge of key small business industries, technology trends, and challenges.
Ability to explain complex solutions clearly and tailor recommendations to customer scenarios.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure Sales advisors will receive uncapped commission plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based upon performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $85,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
