Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of automotive products and the ability to explain technical features
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
Proficient with technology, including CRM software and point-of-sale systems
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus
