The Sales Administrative provides administrative and clerical support to the Food Service and Retail Sales team. The role ensures smooth coordination of sales operations by handling documentation, order processing, customer inquiries, and coordination with internal departments to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Manager and Food Service and Retail Sales team. Prepare and process sales documents including quotations, proposals, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with relevant departments (logistics, finance, procurement) to ensure timely delivery of products and services. Maintain accurate and updated records of sales transactions, customer databases, and sales reports. Assist in monitoring sales performance, preparing sales forecasts, and generating periodic sales reports. Support in organizing promotional activities, events, and client presentations. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and food service industry standards. Coordinate with the operations and supply chain teams regarding product availability and delivery schedules. Perform other administrative duties as may be assigned by the Sales Manager. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service (preferably in the food service or FMCG industry). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP or sales systems. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a proactive and service-oriented mindset. Work Ethics
