Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Automotive Sales Associate – $3,500.00 PER MONTH MINIMUM GUARANTEED COMMISSION

Stevens Point Auto Center offers three brands; Ford, Hyundai and Volkswagen; with the ability to work on all makes and models. We strive to meet the changing needs of our customers, as well as aim to provide an atmosphere that encourages employee teamwork, integrity and excellence.
Build relationships and create customers for life by asking questions and listening in order to guarantee satisfaction.
Provide vehicle expertise – know the product offerings, optional packages and latest technology.
Demonstrate vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features; taking test drives; comparing competitive models; as well as explaining warranties and services.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews and analysis.
Stay informed of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc. and how they benefit our customers.

Positive Attitude
Available to work flexible hours and weekends
Excellent communication skills
Valid driving license and clean driving record is required.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
