Overview

We are seeking dynamic Part-Time Sales Associates for our boutique in Walnut Creek, CA. The role focuses on delivering outstanding in-store experiences, driving customer satisfaction, and fostering meaningful brand connections. Responsibilities

Support sales initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the store. Enhance team and customer engagement and maintain visual and operational standards. Open and close duties and potential for keyholder responsibilities. Support other brands in the Leap portfolio through new store openings, activations, and coverage needs. Familiarity with emerging retail technologies (Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Workspace) is a strong advantage. Qualifications

Minimum Age: 18 years old or older. Experience in retail, luxury retail, or high-touch client-facing roles with premium customer service and brand representation. Availability: Flexible and adaptable to meet business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift to 50 pounds as needed. Proficiency with or openness to learning retail technology tools (Shopify, Endear, Slack, Google Workspace). Hourly Pay Range: $19 to $22. Compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications. Interpersonal Skills
