Sales Lead , you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class retail store customer experience and support in Sales & Operations. Using cutting-edge technology, you will enable our Customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores. Working alongside the Store Manager, store supervisors, and a team of highly personable associates, you'll help our Customers

You will join a tight-knit group of key contributors who are actively working together to achieve aggressive goals and meet timelines to drive the business forward. This position will report to the Store Manager. Responsibilities Embody our culture and values and provide insight to our Customers on how to Live their passion. Actively engage our Customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products. Drive Customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment, including store events & promotions and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback around our Customer Experience Playbook & other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.) Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the Customer experience. Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the Customer’s purchase journey. Participate actively to provide feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement. Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to Performance, Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality standards. Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Ensure safety and security standards are maintained and report potential issues. Assist with unpacking inventory, with boxes weighing 10-30 lbs. Required Skills Minimum 1-year experience in retail; management experience is a plus. Knowledge of active lifestyle activities such as Yoga, Cycling, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition. Strong social interaction skills with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners. Ability to work with large teams. Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self-motivated, good communicator, and motivating team player. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for extended periods; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing. Applicants must be 18 or older. What’s In It For You?
