Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Savannah, GA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting fine jewelry and timepieces, and maintaining retail displays. Daily tasks include processing sales transactions, handling customer inquiries, and supporting the achievement of sales targets through a personalized retail experience. The role requires a commitment to building customer relationships and enhancing the client's overall shopping experience. Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Previous experience in sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment Knowledge of fine jewelry and timepieces Strong communication and active listening skills Proficiency with sales technologies and point-of-sale (POS) systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus A genuine passion for luxury goods and a keen eye for detail Seniority level
