As a Sales Lead, you’ll be an integral part of the store’s day-to-day operations, working with the management team to create memorable moments for guests. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service in a fun, dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead by example and provide top-notch guest service to ensure every visitor has a great shopping experience. Engage with guests in a lively, welcoming, and entertaining manner, turning ordinary shopping trips into exciting experiences. Support store operations, from handling cash to managing inventory, and help keep the team running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
Retail experience as a keyholder or in a supervisory role. Merchandising skills with a knack for organizing and presenting products to attract attention. Friendly, outgoing personality that naturally draws people in. Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Enjoy interacting with guests of all ages and proactively showcasing products.
Physical Demands
Frequent standing, walking, and occasional reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching. Must be able to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly.
