Responsibilities
Engage as a member of a high‑performing team through trust, commitment, and a focus on results.
Build a relationship with your customer from greeting through post‑sale contact.
Consistently demonstrate benchmark selling techniques for retail sales, custom clothing sales, and special‑occasion rentals.
Continuously encourage and participate in team selling, positively impacting the achievement of the store’s sales volume and metrics goals.
Assist with visual merchandising, set‑up, and other store‑related projects, as well as conducting merchandise stock counts.
Handle the cash register, acting as cashier at the point of sale.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift; frequently bend, squat, and twist.
Lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies.
See and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
