What You’ll Do
Build long-term relationships with customers and create an unforgettable experience
Use a consultative sales approach—ask great questions, listen, and guide customers to the right vehicle
Master our product lineup, features, and technologies
Deliver energetic, professional vehicle presentations
Follow up with customers to drive referrals and repeat business
Tackle objections confidently and close deals with integrity
Collaborate with Sales Managers on goals, activity plans, and performance
Show up with a positive attitude and your best effort—every day
What You Bring
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
Flexible schedule, including weekends
A self-starter mentality and a drive to succeed
Strong communication skills with both customers and teammates
Professional appearance
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
