What You’ll Do
Establish strong customer rapport and recommend HVAC systems that best meet their needs
Develop client relationships, negotiate, and close sales deals
Prepare accurate and complete sales proposals for seamless handoff to the installation team
Take measurements, document spaces, and create material lists to support efficient installations
Maintain communication with the installation coordinator, parts team, and crews
Provide customers with accurate product and pricing details to build trust and confidence
Stay informed about your market area and customer needs
Support departmental sales plans and contribute to growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in sales (HVAC or residential home services strongly preferred)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Goal-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
Preferred
Direct experience with residential HVAC customers
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms
Working Conditions & Physical Demands
Ability to climb ladders and work in elevated spaces, attics, and tight areas
Ability to work in various weather conditions
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
