Role Description This is a part‑time, on‑site role for a Fitness Sales Manager based in Sunrise, FL. The Fitness Sales Manager is responsible for driving gym memberships and personal training sales, building relationships with prospects and members, promoting gym amenities and services, and exceeding membership and revenue targets. Duties may include managing lead inquiries, conducting tours of the facility, assisting with member engagement initiatives, and contributing to local marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Sales and customer service skills, including experience building relationships with clients and achieving sales goals
Leadership, team collaboration, and organizational skills
Knowledge of fitness and wellness programs, gym equipment, and fitness industry trends
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred
Passion for fitness and helping others achieve health and wellness goals
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is advantageous but not required
