Overview The Sales and Service Representative is responsible for processing transactions and other customer service requests in the branch. Facilitates customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources. Supports the sales efforts of a branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities to the appropriate bank partner. This role will float to other branches nearby; mileage will be reimbursed.

Engage customers in conversation to understand banking needs and preferences
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide assistance with account servicing needs
Facilitate customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
Introduce customers to other branch team members or bank partners for solutions
Provide coverage to multiple branches
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience
Preferred experience in sales
Valid driver's license; position requires frequent driving to other offices; mileage reimbursed
Financial literacy and knowledge of retail banking products and services
