Outside Sales Representative
to help expand our market presence in Southeast Tampa in the commercial roofing space. This position offers a
base +
uncapped bonuses
with a direct link between your success and your income. This role demands high responsibility for self-generating leads, conducting appointments, and closing deals. Top performers will be eligible to receive qualified leads, but self-driven lead generation is essential for success in this role. Uncapped Commissions : No ceiling on earnings Bi-Weekly Pay Performance Bonuses : Additional opportunities to earn based on success Opportunity to Earn a Company Vehicle : Available to top performers as a reward for outstanding performance W-2 Option : Includes health, vision, dental, and PTO along with gas card after a 90-day probationary period (can elect to be paid as 10-99 Independent Contractor) Flexible Schedule : Manage your time and work in a way that suits your needs Career Growth Opportunities : Pathways to advance and earn leadership roles within the company Responsibilities Self-generate leads through canvassing, networking, and relationship-building Engage with commercial properties to assess repair and reroof needs Provide accurate, detailed estimates and close sales on-site Guide commercial property owners through insurance claim documentation and photo submissions Coordinate with the project management team for smooth project execution, from permitting to completion Qualifications 3–5-year proven track record in commercial roofing sales (Required) Self-starter with a drive to exceed sales targets and generate leads independently Strong social and communication skills, with a professional demeanor Comfortable with climbing ladders or owning a drone for roof assessments Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (with an opportunity to earn a company vehicle through performance) Why Join Mighty Dog Roofing?
