What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners to assess their needs and provide tailored gutter solutions
Deliver professional estimates within 48 hours using our proven pricing system
Educate customers on our premium products and services to ensure informed decisions
Build strong client relationships and follow up on all bids to close deals effectively
Visit sold jobs at least once to maintain relationships with customers and crews
Maintain a closing rate of at least 40% while targeting high‑value opportunities
Leverage networking, marketing, and CRM tools to generate and track leads
Set and achieve sales goals for revenue, closing rates, and gross profit
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Highly organized with excellent time management and follow‑up skills
Tech‑savvy, with CRM experience preferred
Self‑motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive environment
A positive attitude and a team‑oriented mindset
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation Compensation: $51,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
