Duties & Responsibilities
Work in a fast‑paced environment, be willing to learn and grow
Manage a sales pipeline and make appropriate follow‑ups on pending opportunities
Understand customers’ needs and propose appropriate solutions based on our product portfolio
Provide timely responses to new estimate requests from customers
Take ownership and be self‑motivated while also being team‑oriented
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Pass a background check
Military service is a plus
Customer‑facing experience is ideal
Working knowledge of Google Suite and ability to learn new platforms
Ability to communicate professionally with business owners and property managers
Must be able to climb a ladder safely and work at elevated heights to determine roof work needs
Preferred Skills and Knowledge
Familiarity with low‑slope roofing systems (a plus)
Previous experience with Java or Workforce (a plus)
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications (a plus)
Ability to perform material take‑offs (a plus)
Previous OSHA certification (a plus)
Construction/roofing industry experience (a plus)
Compensation & Benefits
Weekly commission and bonuses; commission‑based position; earnings potential range of’écran $55k – $220k
