About The Role Sales Representative / Kitchen Designer Here at Wren, we handle everything ourselves—from a free home measure and design service, to manufacturing our kitchens in our state‑of‑the‑art, 1‑million sq. ft. factory in Pennsylvania, to delivering straight to our customers’ doors.

You will play a vital role in helping our customers turn their kitchen dreams into reality, providing the best customer service every step of the Wren way.

By approaching customers to promote the Wren brand, you get to understand their needs and generate leads and appointments through genuine connection.

Using our state‑of‑the‑art technology, you’ll help customers to design their dream kitchen, working with endless possible combinations of colors, styles and cabinet sizes.

Enjoy a starting salary of $16.94 per hour with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commission, with annual on‑target earnings of $55,000–$60,000.

About You What you will bring to Wren:

Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn is vital. If you are used to working and thriving in a commission‑based sales environment, this could be the role for you.

Experience in a similar industry is preferred, but those who have a strong sales background, who are looking to move into a new role, are welcome to apply!

Availability to work 40 hours per week, with some weekend and evening working required.
