CLUB PILATES WAUWATOSA A national leader in luxury fitness is looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to help lead our studio to success!

COMPANY OVERVIEW: Club Pilates offers group reformer classes in various formats and levels to accommodate everyone seeking to learn Pilates and improve their fitness. As a well-established, nationwide brand, we are committed to providing affordable and accessible Pilates to the community.

Currently established in 38 states and 2 countries, Club Pilates offers a wide range of class formats for diverse client needs, from young to senior and beginner to advanced. We pioneered a 500-hour Teacher Training Program for safe and thorough instruction. With over 750 territories sold in the US and Canada, and more than 2200 instructors delivering over 17 million workouts annually, we are a recognized leader, featured in Inc. Magazine's Inc. 500/5000 and Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise 500.

POSITION: The Sales Associate will assist the General Manager in generating new memberships by attracting new members and booking Intro Classes, as well as helping retain current members. Pilates experience is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills

Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training

Ability to learn and operate the ClubReady software system

Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficient computer skills

Occasional travel may be required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales processes

Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and understanding individual needs

Maintain personal sales goals

Promote the club's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider

Present services to current and prospective members

Book quality appointments to meet sales quotas

Participate in events like health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community activities

Develop selling skills continually

Perform other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

Competitive base salary based on experience

Commission on sales
