Sales Representative
to join our team in the Valley. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service and delivery. Company Overview Alamo Concrete Products Company, ACP, is headquartered in San Antonio, TX with 8 Divisions throughout the Greater Central/South Texas Region. ACP produces and delivers concrete and operates Aggregate Quarries that supply concrete batch plants. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited, to the following: Acquire new ready mix accounts by establishing relationships with potential customers Service and support existing clients by building close, working relationships Address and resolve customer complaints/inquiries Attend assigned job sites and help coordinate with dispatch/drivers to ensure optimal delivery results Review assigned project documents and specifications; generate job take-off, followed by material quotation to bidding contractors Handle sales and collections of payments from (COD) cash customers and account customers, along with bank deposits Obtain project location information and legal descriptions Forecast backlogs for quarterly budgets Requirements Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Ready Mix Sales strongly preferred Familiarity with the Command Alkon system preferred Valid driver’s license required Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and MVR What Alamo offers you Stability: Join a well-established company with over 100 years in the industry. 401(k) Retirement Plan: Includes company match to help you save for your future.
