Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities:
Greet customers and receive payment under direct supervision; issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers; package customer purchases.
Provide product information, store location, and general store knowledge. Direct customers to product pick-up points if necessary.
Open and close the register, accurately document all transactions, make correct change, verify credit cards and checks, and balance receipts.
Assist in pricing and stocking inventory, prepare and maintain displays, and participate in annual physical inventory activities.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED and six months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
