Responsibilities
Sell and promote Allstate insurance products to new and existing customers
Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction through excellent service and follow‑up
Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, ensuring detailed understanding of their insurance needs
Meet and exceed sales goals with a commission‑driven focus
Our current top producers are earning $100k+ in annual compensation
Qualifications
Must have an Active Property and Casualty License
At least 3 years of property and casualty insurance sales experience
Strong history of top sales performance
Allstate insurance sales experience preferred, but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
High energy, strong interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude
Detail‑oriented and compliance‑focused
Excellent relationship‑building skills, aimed at maintaining a high level of client retention and satisfaction
Driven, goal‑oriented, and ready to achieve and exceed sales goals
