GENERAL FUNCTION
The Sales Associate provides exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences, establishing LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision needs in your community.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver sales targets by cultivating existing customer relationships and acquiring new clients. Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings. Assist customers in selecting frames, taking optical measurements, and coordinating with opticians. Participate in maintaining a welcoming store environment with attractive displays and organized inventory. Foster an inclusive culture by respecting customers and colleagues.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience Familiarity with POS systems, computers, and basic math skills Adaptability to new technology and processes with high accuracy Strong sales, communication, and multitasking skills
