Part‑time Sales Associate supporting the General Manager (GM) in achieving studio sales goals and delivering excellent customer service. Job Requirements
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills Goal‑oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system Fluent in English with strong communication skills in person, phone, and email Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient computer skills Availability for occasional travel and special events as needed Responsibilities
Execute the full sales process: lead generation, follow‑up, and closing the sale Meet and exceed sales goals set by the GM Conduct studio tours with prospects to build rapport and facilitate sales Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing Emphasize and enforce the studio’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota Participate in community events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, etc.) to promote the studio Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting studio environment Compensation & Perks
Hourly wage of $18–$19 plus commission on sales Opportunity for growth within the studios, including additional sales and management positions
