About the Role This is an entry-level position designed for motivated individuals who want to break into sales, earn strong income, and build a long-term career in the solar industry.
You will work directly in residential neighborhoods, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and setting qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants. Your focus is on starting conversations and creating interest.
No prior sales experience is necessary. We provide full training, mentorship, and a clear path for advancement.
What You\'ll Be Doing
Engage homeowners through door-to-door conversations
Educate homeowners on solar energy and available savings
Set qualified appointments for in-home solar consultations
Represent ESP professionally and positively in the field
Work in assigned territories with a supportive team
Participate in ongoing training and team development sessions
