We’re seeking a Sales Representative – Wisconsin who’s ready to be part of our mission to manufacture and deliver innovative, performance-driven building products with unmatched service and integrity. Our focus is creating longer-lasting, environmentally responsible roofing solutions that can withstand all weather conditions.

ABOUT THE ROLE The Sales Representative will serve as the primary sales agent within an established territory, identifying, acquiring, and maintaining high-quality relationships with new and existing customers to support company growth.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Responsible for adherence to all company policies, including, but not limited to, personal protective equipment and other health, safety, and environmental procedures.

Act as the primary sales agent for contact with distributors, roofing contractors, homeowner groups, and other regional stakeholders.

Utilize all available resources to reach prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers.

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively to all audiences.

Create and enhance relationships with new and existing customers to sell products and services that align with territory revenue and profitability goals.

Prepares timely and accurate proposals, works with customers, and understands requirements in blueprints, plans, and other specifications.

Keep fully informed regarding competitor developments.

Maintains documentation of sales activities, customer contacts, and related expenses efficiently and economically consistent with sales objectives.

Maintains continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.

Ability to negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections.

Maintains high standards of professional conduct in every customer and employee interaction.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience with three years of business-to-business outside sales experience (preferably construction-related and industrial) with demonstrated skills and success in new account development.

Excellent interpersonal skills and strong presentation skills. Ability to develop productive relationships and communicate effectively with management, peers, contractors, suppliers, and customers.

Valid Driver’s License and an acceptable driving record (MVR) with knowledge of the surrounding geographical market.

Demonstrated experience and a proven record of working with minimal supervision, self-motivation, and personal time management.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Customer Relations Software packages, and standard office equipment.

Proven work experience as a sales representative in a related field.

Base + commission = $120,000
