State Farm Agent Role Description As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Scott Tabares - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 5 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and New Agent Program Qualifier Apply now and let us put you on the path to success. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
