Salesperson .
Position Objective: The Salesperson is responsible for increasing sales of company products within assigned accounts. Responsibilities include: Conduct sales calls on all assigned accounts as per schedule. Sell and merchandise beer and non-alcoholic products according to GDH standards. Coordinate with retailers to balance order quantities and ensure proper product placement. Use sales data to prevent stockouts and improve sales. Request additional product placements and promotional displays during sales visits. Maintain updated marketing and tracking materials. Participate in incentive programs and assist with merchandising and delivery preparations. Build positive relationships with account owners and staff. Monitor competitive activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Work on improving shelf placement and product rotation. Train retailers on product selling and merchandising techniques. Communicate effectively with managers and account contacts. Ensure vehicle maintenance, proper equipment use, and adherence to safety and legal regulations. Support monthly sales features and execute promotional activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
