Achieve or exceed individual and store sales KPIs Maintain a guest-ready store environment Establish expertise in styling, trends, and product knowledge to boost sales Provide a unique and elevated client experience to foster repeat business Deepen client relationships through data capture and follow-up Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized Adhere to company policies and procedures Qualifications
At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships Excellent communication skills Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand Strong organizational and time management skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits
