Signet Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant for our Zales Outlet located at the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls. This is a seasonal, part‑time, or full‑time position welcoming team members who thrive on building lasting personal relationships.
Your Role at Zales Outlet
Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires.
Present jewelry and share detailed information about features and benefits of products.
Provide information regarding extended service plans and financing options.
Meet individual and team sales goals.
Desired Qualifications
A desire to help customers celebrate the special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer‑focused approach to delivering an exceptional experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Base pay $15.50 – $20.50 plus commission on sales (final rate based on experience).
