About Our Agency Our agency opened in 2008 and currently has a small but highly experienced team of two. Before becoming an agent, I spent 18 years working for a life insurance agency, which gave me a strong foundation in financial services and helping families protect their futures. I also hold financial designations through The American College of Financial Services. I’m married and have one daughter who inspires everything I do. We’re deeply involved in the community, sponsoring multiple events throughout the year, including a 5K race, a golf tournament, and a 10K race. We offer PTO, annual bonuses, a hiring bonus once licensing is completed, and a Simple IRA to support our team’s growth and well‑being. Role Description As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for AJ Fraley – State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, proactively marketing relevant products and services. As an attentive, sociable, and sales‑minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail‑oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
