Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
Provide detailed product information and demonstrate vehicle features
Conduct test drives and explain financing options to customers
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and dealership goals
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related sales role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Customer-focused attitude with a professional appearance
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Knowledge of automotive industry and financing options is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is advantageous
