The Role At Charles Tyrwhitt we are looking for an experienced Sales Associate to work at our Madison Ave store. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and be the touch point for each and every customer.
Deliver styling and fit advice, including tailoring and custom product sales service.
Represent the CT brand with a warm welcome and customer‑first attitude.
Conduct general store operations such as restocking, shipment and operating the register.
Qualifications
Confident Sales Associate who can connect with customers and deliver excellent customer experience.
Experience in a similar retail position is a huge advantage.
Interest in menswear is necessary.
Training will be provided to understand our brand.
