We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales & Quoting Associate to join our appliance retail team! In this role, you’ll assist walk-in customers, quote products and services, and help build full appliance packages—from single units to complete kitchen suites. This role is much more than a counter position—it's about knowing the products, understanding customer needs, and confidently closing the sale.
What You’ll Do:
Assist walk-in traffic and respond to parts/service quote requests
Build and present appliance packages and installation options
Upsell based on customer lifestyle and preferences
Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on promos
Help drive store growth through great service and local outreach
Ideal Candidate:
Excellent communication and sales skills

Confident quoting and recommending services
