Elements Massage is looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all clients every time they enter the studio. Inform all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no-hassle membership plan. Follow our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program. Be the first and last face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio. Ensure the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate. Work as a team with managers and massage therapists to create an environment where clients are the focus. Qualifications and Skills

Ability to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty. Enjoy talking, but more importantly, love listening to all new, established, and prospective clients. Turn client criticism into stories of excellent customer service. Experience

Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially selling memberships or services in person to potential clients. Customer service experience in a spa-like environment or similar setting is preferred, with attention to hospitality and execution. Familiarity with modern office tools; scheduling and payments are processed through user-friendly computer programs. Driven to create a positive work environment and memorable client experiences. Prospective hires must be willing to have flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
