Role Description
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tom Pelham - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities
Provide information about insurance products and services. Assist customers with policy applications and renewals. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Ann Arbor. Our office is open M-F 9-5. I have been a State Farm agent since 2012. I am a proud graduate of University of Toledo. We currently have 5 team members at our agency. We have 55 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, National Quality Award, and Bronze Tablet
