No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 3 years
No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
No DUI or Positive/Refusal Drug Screen
Minimum of 2 Weeks over the road (OTR) for 2 Days Home
1099 Independent Contractor Drivers only
