Dallas , ideal for ambitious professionals who thrive in a competitive environment and love connecting with people. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a crucial role in building a strong sales pipeline through outbound outreach and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and social outreach to generate qualified leads.

Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.

Research prospects and tailor messaging to their industry, pain points, and priorities.

Manage your pipeline through CRM tools and maintain accurate records.

Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach volume, qualified leads, and conversions.

Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Maintain a high level of energy, positivity, and performance in a team‑oriented environment.

Requirements

1+ year of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (B2B preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills—confident on the phone and in person.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach platforms is a plus.

Coachable, self‑motivated, and goal‑oriented.

Based in Dallas or Fort Worth, with the ability to commute to the office daily.
