Retail Sales Associate – Staples
We are hiring immediately for a part‑time Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service in our store. You’ll help customers find products, offer solutions, process returns or online pickups, and contribute to a collaborative retail culture.
Hiring immediately and training provided.
Responsibilities
Serve as a cashier, handle sales and merchandising duties. Respond quickly and resourcefully to customer requests and concerns. Create a positive, inviting environment for customers. Use basic selling skills to present solutions and engage customers. Process returns and online pick‑ups. Support store operations such as cleaning, stocking shelves and other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Flexible schedule based on store needs. Excellent customer engagement and communication skills. Ability to collaborate in a high‑paced, occasionally stressful environment. Conflict management in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner. Integrity and honesty regarding customer and business information. Physical ability to lift 10‑50 lb, climb ladders, stand and walk continuously. Prior retail or cashier experience is preferred. Benefits
