BDC (Business Development Center) Representative! This is more than just answering phones—this is your chance to be the heartbeat of our dealership. You’ll be the friendly voice that kicks off every amazing customer experience and helps drive the success of our sales team!
Responsibilities
Handling incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries like a pro—with positivity and speed
Scheduling sales appointments and making sure every detail is locked in and ready to roll
Following up with customers to make sure they’re feeling the love (and coming back for more)
Keeping our customer database fresh, clean, and organized
Working closely with sales and service to create a seamless, five-star experience
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—you’re a natural connector
Ability to multitask like a champ in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with tech: Microsoft Office + CRM software skills = big plus
Super detail-oriented and precise with documentation
Previous experience in a customer service or call center setting preferred
Bonus points for automotive industry knowledge!
