Sales Development Representative – Healthcare Tech
Clear Water, FL | $50,000 Base Salary | $75,000+ OTE (Uncapped Monthly Commission)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll play a key role in generating new business by setting qualified appointments for our Field Sales team. What You’ll Do:
Make high-volume outbound calls daily to medical and dental practices
Educate prospects on our solutions and schedule meetings (no closing)
Work closely with a Field Rep to coordinate outreach strategies
Use CRM and digital marketing tools to nurture interest
Hit key performance metrics: calls, meetings set, call quality
Engage with current clients to generate referrals
Provide prospect feedback to help refine outreach strategy
What You Bring:
1+ years in an outbound calling, inside sales, or SDR role
Clear communication skills (phone, email, and video)
Experience using CRMs like Salesforce (or similar)
Highly organized, goal-oriented, and coachable
Prior experience in healthcare, fintech, or SaaS is a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
