Pay Pay is commensurate with the applicant’s experience as it relates to the position: $50,000 – $65,000 base annual salary plus uncapped commission.
Pay Range: $50,000 – $150,000 USD.

Prior experience with heavy agricultural equipment required
Proven sales success, achieving or exceeding goals
Strong problem‑solving skills
Independent work ethic, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve individual and branch goals
Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills
Clear and concise communication
Strong sense of urgency with effective time and territory management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs
Responsibilities
Proactively identify and engage prospective customers, offering assistance or direction to anyone who could benefit from our products or services
Assist customers with questions and listen carefully to their needs
Explain product performance, applications, and benefits to prospective customers
Describe all equipment options available for customer purchases.
Interact with customers at their place of business
Build strong rapport and lifelong relationships with customers
Effectively overcome objections, close sales, and follow all steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
Actively use and update the Client Relationship Management System (CRM).
