Responsibilities
Be the face of our brand, engaging with customers daily to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our products.
Assist customers in selecting the perfect pool and spa solutions, showcasing features, and highlighting benefits.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
Handle transactions at the register, manage inventory, and learn about our products to enhance sales skills.
Communicate effectively with customers to build rapport and foster trust, delivering a positive shopping experience.
Demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic retail environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Qualifications & Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to connect with customers and understand their needs to provide exceptional service.
Capable of maintaining a well-organized, visually appealing sales floor and processing transactions accurately.
Comfort with learning product details and applying knowledge to assist customers.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers an hourly base pay plus commission. The average earnings for our Retail Sales team, including commission, range from $20 to $24 per hour.

Salary: $13 - $15 per hour
