Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Drive Greeter / Porter with a background in hospitality. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers while ensuring the service drive operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival in the service drive Provide a welcoming, hospitality-driven experience for all guests Accurately track and document vehicle locations after parking Safely park and retrieve customer vehicles as needed Ensure all vehicles are vacuumed and presented cleanly before return Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive area Keep parking areas orderly and efficiently arranged Assist service advisors and team members as needed Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred) What We Offer
