Schedule:
24 Hours per Week (Schedule can be flexible).
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation:
$17.00 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service
Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism.
Deliver notices to residents as directed.
Report any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding residents or the property.
Cleaning and Grounds
Maintain the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management, including building maintenance, working with cleaning and other vendors, and/or groundskeeping.
Prepare and touch up vacant units for occupancy.
Move heavy equipment such as dumpsters, appliances, etc.
Care for, maintain and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company.
Regulation & Safety
Have thorough knowledge of company policies and community policies and be willing to work within them.
Operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
Complete assigned training and attend staff meetings as required.
